Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience as Quantity Surveyor; infrastructure experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Strong experience in roads, utilities, drainage and civil works
• Excellent knowledge of BOQ, valuation, variations and claims
• Understanding of construction contracts
• UAE or GCC project experience preferred
• Manage commercial and quantity surveying activities
• Prepare and review BOQs and estimates
• Monitor project costs and budgets
• Prepare interim payment applications
• Negotiate variations and claims
• Manage subcontractor payments and final accounts
• Review contract documents and ensure contractual compliance
