Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of quantity-surveying experience
- High-rise or building-construction project experience in the UAE is preferred
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates and variations
- Maintain cost control and monitor project budgets
- Measure works and prepare interim valuations and final accounts
- Coordinate with site team, consultants and subcontractors
- Knowledge of BOQ, cost estimation, contract administration and UAE construction standards
- MS Office and QS software knowledge such as CostX or Bluebeam is an advantage
