Senior Procurement Engineer

Drilltech UAE is hiring a Senior Procurement Engineer for oil and gas or drilling equipment procurement. The role covers API machine shop and ASME fabrication procurement, supplier negotiation, vendor relationships, RFQs, RFPs and purchase orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Five to eight years of procurement experience in the oil and gas or drilling equipment industry
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and contract administration skills
• Technical understanding of oil and gas equipment and spare parts
• UAE experience preferred
• Manage end-to-end procurement of API Machine Shop and ASME Fabrication
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with local and international suppliers and vendors
• Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders and supplier contracts
