Requirements
- 12+ years of overall experience, with at least six years in the UAE
- Mechanical: HVAC, plumbing and firefighting expertise
- Electrical: LV/MV cabling, panels and DB installation expertise
- Hands-on testing, commissioning and handover experience
- Coordinate with Civil Defence for Mechanical or DEWA for Electrical and lead inspections
- Experience on high-rise, hospitality or large-scale fit-out projects
