Job overview
Yusr Capital is hiring a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager in Dubai to launch its brand and build demand for SME financing. The role owns brand positioning, website and content, paid marketing, SEO and lifecycle campaigns, working with the CEO, Sales, Risk and Product teams to deliver qualified merchant leads.
Requirements
- At least five years in B2B, fintech or SME-focused marketing
- Experience launching a brand from initial concept to live operation
- Demonstrated demand-generation results across paid marketing, SEO and lifecycle campaigns
- Manage cost per lead, lead quality and conversion to funded customers
- Fluent English; knowledge of the UAE SME market is an advantage
