Requirements
- Monitor receiving, issuing, transferring and returning materials
- Maintain accurate stock records for materials, tools and consumables
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconciliation
- Track material consumption, shortages and excess stock
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Site and Project teams
- Prepare stock statements and material movement reports
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels
- Investigate inventory discrepancies
- Ensure proper material documentation and storage
- Work with ERP or inventory systems and MS Excel
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- UAE construction industry experience only
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
