Cost Controller / Senior Cost Controller

Island Tower UAE is hiring a Cost Controller / Senior Cost Controller for cost control in construction, MEP or electromechanical projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, quantity surveying or a related field
• Six to eight years of relevant cost-control experience in construction, MEP or electromechanical industry
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost monitoring, forecasting and variance analysis
• Experience tracking actual costs, budget deviations, commitments and estimated final project costs
• Good understanding of project cash flow, material costs, subcontractor costs and resource utilisation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant ERP or cost-management systems
• Strong analytical, numerical, reporting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement and QS teams
• Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered
