Requirements

• Project Director - Civil: 20 to 25+ years of UAE/GCC civil-contracting and senior-leadership experience
• Project Director - Civil: large-scale, high-rise or mixed-use project track record
• Project Director - Civil: project P&L ownership, profitability and performance focus
• Project Director - Civil: BSc Civil Engineering; master's degree or PMP preferred
• Quantity Surveyor - Junior Civil: prepare take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates
• Quantity Surveyor - Junior Civil: support IPC and subcontractor valuations
• Quantity Surveyor - Junior Civil: 2+ years UAE/GCC QS experience in civil contracting
• BIM Architectural Modeler: 3 to 7 years BIM modelling experience in GCC/UAE contracting
• BIM Architectural Modeler: skilled in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks; ISO 19650 or LOD knowledge
